WHEN THE BODY FLOURISHES
Six decades ago, Leonard J. Dubinsky (1896-1978) caused a commotion in academic circles with his publication The Body Hysteria Book. Although in early years the uproar brought him some acclaim and led to the second printing of his book, his ideas were soon overruled by louder voices.
In its humble way, this book aims to reinstate Dubinsky’s name and revive his legacy by presenting a selection of his writings.
